Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
Some items can't be returned, including:
- Grocery and food items
- Pet food
- Hazardous materials (Hazmat)
- Pillows
- Items with expiration dates
- Products with engines (generators, power equipment)
- Outdoor equipment, tools, or furniture
- Heaters and cooling supplies
- BBQ grills
- Oversize items (50 lbs+)
- Special orders
- Commercial orders
- Vendor-negotiated discounted orders
- LTL shipments
Restocking & refund amount
For returnable items, the refund amount depends on condition:

Full refund — unopened, original condition

50% refund — signs of use, damage, or defects

35% refund — opened with a damaged box
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, tell us within 5 days of delivery — those cases are handled separately from the tiers above (full replacement or refund, no restocking fee).
